1. Order Processing Time. 

• Items that are in stock will usually be posted on a Monday or Thursday, these are our usual shipping days. Should these days fall on a bank holiday then they will be shipped the next working day.

• Please allow time for custom made items to be shipped. (You will be contacted with an estimated time for completion)

 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs: 

•   Live inverts will be sent via Special Next day 1pm method only, they will be sent on a Monday or Thursday (unless arranged prior with ourselves) Please make sure you will be home to receive delivery of your Spider,

• Standard shipping costs Non livestock £4.50

• Free Shipping - over £150 or with coupon

 

3. Delivery Time Estimates: 

• Delivery of Inverts will be next day after dispatch by 1pm. Delivery of standard shipping is expected to be made 1-3 working days after dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for items delayed once its left our hands, but will endeavour to help track/resolve the issue.

4. Shipping Destinations: 

• We only ship to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland)

 

5. Order Tracking: 

• All items shipping will be send tracked, please see your dispatch note for tracking information.

6. Returns and Exchanges: ​

• Faulty unused items can be returned for a replacement/refund (arranged with ourselves beforehand)

• Unwanted/Unused items can be returned at buyers expense within 14 days of order placed.

• Please make sure you order correct spider as we cannot accept returns of livestock - please understand this is for the spiders welfare.
